We all get a bad mood every now and then and we tend to eat
junk in large quantities when we are depressed and down. This eating leads to
weight gain and consequently more bad feelings. But there are alternatives to junk food - foods that are
healthy and make you happy as well. Following are the 10 best foods of this
10. Blue Potatoes
Blue potatoes, although not a common vegetable, contain
anthocyanins, which are antioxidants and protect the brain against inflammation
