Various ways people do to be able to lose weight, ranging from reducing the size of the meal, exercise or alternative ways. What? People who want to lose weight sometimes tried various alternatives, including a crazy way though. Here are 10 ways that is considered the most crazy to lose weight.

Slimming down without exercising or eating healthy proves nearly impossible. You can attempt temporary weight loss around the waist, though, with a sauna slim belt. Then there are starch blockers, which claim to block or hold up the starch in your diet leading to a reduced urge or eating. However, it is seen that these starch blockers can lead to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pains.
