8 Very Effective But Bizarre Beauty Treatments

All of the 8 beauty treatments named below are very effective and have very variable purposes but can be described in a sentences which will say that a people would do anything to stay young and beautiful.

01. Snake Massages
If you are not scared of snakes, a spa in Israel will put three different kinds of non-venomous snakes on your face and back.
Slithering, muscular movements of the snakes are said to smooth out cramped muscles and stiff joints.

02. Breast Milk Soap
According to a report by released online on Saturday, June 30, 2012, human breast milk may have the ability to act against, and to possibly kill, HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus), the virus that ultimately causes AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).
Attempts to formulate soap from breast milk have also been made, and those using it claim that its effectiveness as a cleanser is greater than, or equal to, that of traditional soaps.

03. Snail Ooze Facial
If slowing down the onset of wrinkles is your goal, there are fewer more appropriate creatures to turn to than the snail.
There's nothing new about using the slimy goo as a cosmetic - it has been used in European creams for years and even Ancient Greeks recognised its potential, with Hippocrates reportedly recommending crushed snails to relieve inflamed skin.
Snail slime - or, technically, Helix Aspersa Müller Glycoconjugates - is a complex mix of proteins, glycolic acids and elastin that has nature has developed as a way to protect snail skin from damage, infection and UV rays.

04. Gold Facial
Just when you thought a facial couldn't be any more of a luxury, spas have come up with a gold-leaf process designed for today’s woman. Gold slows down collagen depletion and the breakdown of elastin to prevent sagging skin. It stimulates cellular growth of the basal layer to regenerate healthy, firm skin cells and provide a tightening effect.
Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkle, reduces the appearance of sun damage and age spots: Since 1929 Gold has been successfully used to treat rheumatoid arthritis by reducing inflammation. Gold's anti-inflammatory properties also decrease skin inflammation, thereby slowing down melanin secretion and reducing age spots. Gold fights off damaging free radicals to help prevent premature aging of the skin.

05. Snake Venom Cream
Face cream made with the venom of an Asian snake is being billed as the latest antidote to wrinkles. The key ingredient is a synthetic version of the poison of the Temple Viper. Amino acids in the venom block nerve signals telling muscles to contract, which helps to stop wrinkles forming.
Unlike Botox it allows the face movement and emotion, but lessens wrinkles and paralyses muscles which cause creases.

06. Bull Semen Hair Treatment
Manufacturors combine the sperm with the root of the protein-rich plant Katera. The protein-enriched potion is massaged into the client’s hair after it has been shampooed.
Then the client is put under heat so the treatment penetrates the hair. The final step is the blow out, which gives the hair an awful lot of body, as well as shine.
Bull semen may be the latest attempt by hair manufacturers to find pure forms of protein that match the hair protein quantities in order to create the most effective hair care treatment.

07. Fish Pedicure
In 2006, doctor fish spa resorts opened in Hakone, Japan, and in Umag, Croatia, where the fish are used to clean the bathers at the spa. They are used to help treat patients suffering from various skin disorders, including psoriasis and eczema, since the fish will eat and remove any dead skin.
The practice is banned in several of the United States and Canadian provinces as cosmetology regulators believe the practice is unsanitary, with the Wall Street Journal claiming that "cosmetology regulations generally mandate that tools need to be discarded or sanitized after each use. But epidermis-eating fish are too expensive to throw away".

08. Sheep Embryo Injections
Blondie singer Deborah Harry says her youthful looks are thanks to black sheep embryo injections she took 30 years ago. The 63-year old singer revealed that she had the cells of sheep injected into her at a Swiss clinic and they are still working for her, reports.
“I had these cells injected into me in my early 30s and it turned out that I was the youngest person to have the treatment. They would take (cells) from the liver, glands, bone and whatever. Whether that treatment lasted this long, I don’t know, but I feel great.”
