Nokia 500 unveiled : 1GHz chip with Symbian OS
Nokia has introduced a new model with Symbian Anna shipping in the latter part of 2011. This is the 500 series aimed at entry level touch screen 3.2-inch 1 GHz processor.
The Nokia 500 has a 111.3 x measures 53.8 x 14.1 mm for a weight of 93 grams. It supports HSDPA connectivity, 14.4 Mbps and 802.11 b / g / n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and A-GPS.
Together with a 1 GHz processor, 2 Gbytes of memory will have internal storage with an extended memory card reader miroSD. FM radio also, a camera with 5 megapixel sensor and a microUSB connector.
Be available in late September for a price of 150 euros content without taxes. Unit series will finish in black (white unit is expected later this year) and additional housing in different colors. A good basic terminal which will join the 700-Zeta-Nokia, Nokia 701-600 Nokia Helen and all the above 1 GHz processor and Symbian Anna.
